Petition to support Ryerson New Media students

Because the students of New Media are paying the same amount of tuition to the School of Image Arts as the film and photography students, yet we see less resources, less benefits and less funding for our stream, we ask the School of Image Arts, the Faculty of Communication and Design and Ryerson University to support the following:

i. To show us factual numbers of how the money that is allotted to the School of Image Arts from students tuition is currently organized/administered.
ii. To allocate the New Media students an equal footprint in the Image Arts building.
iii. To initiate more professionally-related courses in the interest of New Media students.
iv. To support and recognize the New Media students, their work and their achievement as fairly as to the Film and Photography students.
