As citizens of the Comonwealth of Kentucky, we are standing up for our interests and the interests of our fellow Kentuckians. We are opposed to any further transfer under the MSA, of millions of dollars of Kentuckys earned cigarette revenue to other states without recourse. It is only just that Kentucky keeps Kentuckys money. As such, we demand the passage of the flat tax proposal, in order that our citizens may enjoy the benefits this substantial revenue may provide to the citizens throughout the Commonwealth.
