Fenway Bark Stay.Play.Heal will need to appear at a Boston Redevelopment Authority Board of Zoning Appeals in 2010 to appeal for a permit to have a kennel (dog hotel) at 630 E. Second St, South Boston, MA. Fenway Bark is opposed by some abutters, including abutters who have their property for sale and no long term investment in the community but may be heard by decision makers.

Please sign this petition if you believe any of the following:

1) Fenway Bark will provide valuable, needed services for the dog owning community.

2). Boston has limited dog care options that force residents to use services and spend tax dollars outside of the City. It also forces owners to use highways and burn fossil fuels to bring the dogs out of the city.

3) Commercial property owners have rights that need to be protected under law to lease their properties without unreasonable government interventions. NIMBYism is not a way to govern.

4) Fenway Bark should be re-granted a permit because it will provide up to 40 valuable jobs in an area that has 20\% unemployment.

5). Small business trying to help the economy should not be victimized by government clerical errors.

6). I will use Fenway Bark when it opens for much needed services including canine boarding and physical therapy.

7). Small business and commercial property owners should not be subject to the whims of abutters and the law should prevail.

8). Politicians should support small business to pull us out of the recession
