DirecTV DVR Receivers

As customers of DirecTV with DVR (Plus) receivers (non- TiVo brand), we demand a resolution to the ongoing numerous problems that these units are having ASAP. Problems such as frequent re-boots, not recording properly, functionality problems, etc. If you are unaware of these problems, check your customer service logs or your own website, under the Technical Help Forums > Digital Video Recording. As paying customers to your service, which includes a service agreement contract of 1 to 2 years, we find that that “lemon law” applies to these receivers.
