Dear Chairman Howard L Berman,

I, an average citizen of the United States of America, implore you to look deeply into the rapes and mutilations of the women and children in the Congo. There is a documentary called: The Greatest Silence by filmmaker Lisa Jackson. The documentary contains footage of Congo women giving accounts of their attacks by rebel soldiers. The stories of the women and children in the documentary are horrid. Women and children between the ages of 4 to 80 are victims of rapes and mutilations. I humbly ask as a citizen of the United States and an inhabitant of this earth, that something be done about the inhumane attacks on women and children in the Congo. The attacks on women and children must be stopped.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
