Help victims of child abuse

I was sexually abused 12 years ago and i am now 19. The person who abused me was sentenced for 32 months with incest, aggravated Indecent Liberties with A Child and he is still locked up, 12 years later.
The scars that he did to me will never fully go away and the judicial system won't let me see him, after i wrote them a letter stating that i want to see him and i know that the pain will go away once i see the person who abused me..

One of the reasons why i want to see my perpetrator is so I can start bringing the past behind and move forward to the future.

All I'm asking of you, is to sign below stating that you agree that victims of a sex crime should be allowed to see the perpetrator because they want to and no one should stop them, especially if they are over the age of 18.
