safety/thermal cut out switches to be fitted on animal/herpetology climate control units

So many people now keep reptiles or exotic animals which need the use of a thermostat /climate control unit,to maintain the correct temperature in their housing,whether it be for lighting / heat or both.
We all put our trust in these units everyday to keep our animals at the right temperature, yet so many of these units can break down or develop a fault sometimes through constant use or for other reasons, Most of us are not always around to notice a faulty thermostat straightway, It can only take a few minutes to hours for the temperature to rise to dangerous levels
when this happens it can result in the animal suffering such as overheating or receiving serious burns which sadly most of the time can result in the death of our animals.

Surely manufacturers could fit all climate control/thermostat units with this inexpensive switch, therefore saving a lot of beloved animals and the owners going through unnecessary suffering.

So we the undersigned are asking that the manufacturers of these units fit all climate control/thermostats with a thermal/safety cut out switch, to give all our animals a better chance of survival should an accident happen.
