This petition is on behalf of Kaylee Ann Schnurr. Little Kaylee was the victim of an attack by a man that took her life. Kaylee was just 18 months of age when a man Matthew Carovillano raped and beat this baby. Kaylee lost her life after 3 days in the hospital. This petition is a demand to have the sentence of any sexual predator and killer increased. These men are getting off easy and hurting more children. Please sign this petition if you want to see a change.
