Dear FA,
We, English football fans, are fed up of having to have separate TV subscriptions to watch football games. It is unfair that we have our arms twisted into having subscriptions with Sky or Virgin Media in order to view Setanta, for which a further subscription must be taken out.
Bearing in mind that most football fans are working class, and factoring in the perpetually rising ticket prices, we are fed up. We demand reform to TV licensing for football coverage, so that it be made cheaper and more accessible for the consumers.
You will have heard us singing "Fuck Off Setanta" with more and more regularity at football matches. Tellingly, home and away fans sing this together.
