I am firmly against the proposed Maryland Energy Resources, LLC coal mining activity within the Casselman River Basin. I do not approve of the appropriation or discharge of our valuable ground for this activity. I respectfully petition the Maryland Department of the Environment to deny ANY and ALL permits associated with is effort, there by preserving our residential, agricultural, environmental, and economic livelihood.
