To:  Any one against racism

When you really look at it racism is pretty stupid.Think about it are we really all that different?
We all breath the same(polluted)air,we all eat the same food,we all live on this small planet
but because one man is black or he is jewish etc. he's "different"

Racism come's and has come in different forms sometimes very innocently.The KKK started as a bunch
of frat boys going around playing pranks on people,and look at it now. Many of these neo-nazis groups have
started out of someone's garage.now adays racists are trying to get through to people(teens)through music
And unlike with me raicst music really gets through to people.

Ok so lets put you into the shoe's of some whacked out teen somewhere in montreal.Im bored I have no friends I want to
be acepeted and one day I hear about about a show.I go to it and find out that it is a racist show.I want to leave but
everyone is being very cool with me.Ok let's be fair that doesn't always happen but thats how many
people join these things.
If they dont get involed by that senario its usually by friends or even parents.

Most of these bands play hardcore punk.But unlike most punk bands these bands have lyrics like:

"White People Awake,
Save Our Great Race White People Awake,
Save Our Great Race You know our system's run by the secret societies,
They're doing what they need to bring the White Race to its knees,
We gotta rise up now, White man, take a stand!"

"I've had enough with all this crap about love!
You know you've got yourself a fight,
One that I'll wage with all my might,
So listen slimy jew,
You're gonna wish you were never even born when I get my hands on you"


The way I see it is that these bands have talent but its wasted with lyrics and thoughts like these.
Although many people might disagree with this,music influences people.Music infulences me but not to go out and
kill someone.It infulences me in a good way but many people get infulenced by this racist music.

I've heard of people getting arrested for passing out hate pamphlets but never for making music out of it.
And a tape will get to me more than a pamphlet thrown at me in the streets.
I know we have that free speach thing but when your doing something that will harm someone or kill someone
I think this free speach thing needs to be looked at.

Most people dont understand that music
will get through to people and until we do something people will keep getting involved with these groups.
