To Increase Penalties for Violent Young Offenders

On Tuesday October 14th, 2008 14-year-old Ravi Dharamdial was stabbed seven times and brutally murdered on his way home from school.

We the undersigned are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to increase penalties for violent young offenders, including life sentences for youths who kill.
