مصريون ضد الحصار

نطالب نحن الموقعين ادناه الحكومة المصرية بالكف الفورى عن المشاركة فى الحصار الاسرائيلى لغزة ، والمبادرة بفتح معبر رفح الحدودى وذلك وفق اتفاق معابر مصرى فلسطينى مستقل عن اى اطراف اخرى ، اتفاق تحكمه المبادىء والقواعد الآتية :

• اتفاق متحرر من التدخل الاجنبى ومن الرقابة الاجنبية

• اتفاق يضع امن مصر فى الاعتبار وليس امن اسرائيل

• اتفاق متحرر من الافتراضات الامريكية الاسرائيلية بان الفلسطينيين هم مصدر الخطر و الارهاب

• اتفاق لا يعترف بشرعية الاحتلال للاراضى الفلسطينية ومن ضمنها غزة ، و بالتالى لا يعترف بشرعية التحكم والمراقبة الاسرائيلية للمعبر الفلسطينى

• اتفاق يسمح لنا فى مصر وفى البلاد العربية الاخرى بزيارة غزة بتاشيرة فلسطينية وليست اسرائيلية

• اتفاق لا يقيد حركة الاشخاص والبضائع الا فى حدود القانون

• اتفاق يسمح بدخول الواردات الى غزة و لا يقصر المعبر على الصادرات

• اتفاق يحرر الفلسطينيين من جحيم معبر كيريم شالوم ( كرم ابو سالم )

• اتفاق يعامل معبر رفح معاملة معبر السلوم

• اننا لا نطالب بفتح الحدود وانما بتنظيم المعبر

• انها مطالب بسيطة ومشروعة لا تحتاج الا الى قدر من الارادة الوطنية

• اننا حريصون على السيادة المصرية التى لن ينتهكها مثل هذا الاتفاق وانما تنتهكها التدابير الامنية القائمة فى سيناء منذ كامب ديفيد وتنتهكها الرقابة الاجنبية التى لم تثق فى الطرف المصرى فراقبته بالقوات متعددة الجنسية من هنا وبالاتحاد الاوروبى واسرائيل من هناك .

ان مصر لا يجب ولا يصح ، وايا كانت الاسباب ،

ان تكون شريكة فى كسر واخضاع الارادة الوطنية الفلسطينية .

Egyptians Against the Siege

We, the undersigned call upon the Egyptian government to immediately stop participating in the Israeli blockade of Gaza, and to open the Rafah border crossing according to the Egyptian-Palestinian independent crossing agreement with no other parties involved. An agreement that’s governed by principles and norms as follows:

An agreement free from foreign interference and control

An agreement that puts Egypt's security and not the security of Israel
into consideration

An Agreement free from the American-Israeli assumptions that the Palestinians are the source of danger and terrorism

An agreement that does not recognize the legitimacy of the occupation of Palestinian territories, including Gaza, and therefore does not recognize the legitimacy of the Israeli control and observation of the Palestinian crossing.
An agreement that allows us in Egypt and other Arab countries to visit Gaza with a Palestinian visa and not with an Israeli one

An agreement that does not restrict the movement of individuals and goods except within the law

An agreement allowing the entry of imports to Gaza and does not limit the crossing on exports

An agreement freeing Palestinians from the hell of Kerem Shalom (Karam Abu Salem) crossing

To treat Rafah crossing as Salloum crossing

We do not call for opening the border but we call for organizing the crossing

Those demands are simple and legitimate and only needs a national will

We are keen about Egyptian sovereignty, which would not be violated by such agreement but it is rather violated by the existing security measures in Sinai since Camp David and by the foreign censorship that have no trust in the Egyptian side that Multi-National Forces are watching it from here and the European Union and Israel from there.

Egypt should not under any circumstances be a partner in breaking the National Palestinian will.
