We need your help !!!
Please help us bring some justice in the memory of a fallen biker.

On November 16th 2008, fellow motorcyclist Stephen Cheshire was the victim of an inattentive driver at the intersection of Route 95 and 72 just outside Parker, Arizona. Stephen was 31 years old and the father of 2 small children. The driver pulled out in front of Stephen who had the right of way and was traveling east on the 72. This intersection is a T style intersection with multiple stop signs and a flashing red for north bound route 95.

The driver was not issued a citation or given a toxicology test by the Parker Police Department.

The police report is a sad example of shoddy police work that has caused Stephens family many hardships.

A private investigator determined Stephens speed at 45 mph in a 55 mph zone but the police report states he was speeding.

We are asking that you please sign a petition to help us force an investigation into the improper handling of this case and possible charges against the driver.
