Attention Unit Owners of 111 South Morgan: Take a stand against the Management Committee and Board of Directors of our condo association (the Association) and voice your displeasure with the repeated annual budget increases. Sign this online Petition if you believe that the Association should exercise better judgment in its decision-making and more competence in its hiring of contractors and other various personnel to perform work and services for the benefit of the property. As you are all aware, the recession has made it increasingly more difficult for owners to sell their units without taking a significant loss. These complications are bolstered by the fact that owners are required to incur an exceedingly high fixed cost, in addition to regular mortgage and loan fees. 111 South Morgan has one of the highest if not the highest assessment in the West Loop.
