The Lilac Neighborhood Association would like the graffiti on the top of the vacant building at 1201 Elmwood Ave removed immediately. This particular graffiti tag looks awful towering over our neighborhood. Graffiti dramatically reduces property values and accelerates neighborhood decay. If the graffiti is not removed within 20 days, we will be forced to seek monetary damages to replace our reduced property values.
