Closed caption now

Online, me and other deaf and hard-of-hearing people can't understand the Youtube videos because of either loud music or it has its barely audible that only people that has good hearing can hear it. Well, I am sick and tired of it! The Youtube videos should have closed captioning because Youtube provides videos and entertainment for everyone, including deaf and hard of hearing people! This petiotion will show the mass number of signature that also agree with me!
