Sidewalks for Guilderland - NY

To:  Town of Guilderland, NYS Department of Transportation, US Congress

We, the undersigned residents of the Town of Guilderland (18 years of age or older), petition the Town of Guilderland to construct a sidewalk at the following locations:

1)West Lydius Street - beginning at Carman Road (146) and ending at Empire Avenue – currently no sidewalks are available for residents of the area.

2)Carman Road (146W) from Coons Road to Lydius Street - sidewalks already exist between Lydius St and Ronald Place and a small stretch between Ronald Place and Jessamine Lane.

Pedestrian safety is the main reason to pursue sidewalk construction in this area, especially to and from the Pine Bush Elementary School located at the corner of Coons Road and Carman Road.
