People for the belching cows tax. The way I see it, is that there is just too much cow belching going on in this Country, and it needs to be stopped.

Let's rally together to stop this injustice.

The thing is that there is a time to burp without restriction (usually around tried-and-true friends) and there is a time to excuse yourself and go have a good belch in the BATHROOM! That's what those rooms are there for.
