Avoid discrimination and make the Mass Effect DLC "Pinnacle Station" available to Easten European citizens!

For reasons yet unstated, Electronic Arts has decided to deny access to the latest Mass Effect DLC (Donwloadable Content) "Pinnacle Station" to Eastern European citizens.
Even though any company may decide where to sell their products, I consider that banning Eastern European residents from accessing and purchasing Pinnacle Station, is potentially discriminatory and offending to the EA clients from the mentioned states.
I therefore ask Electronic Arts to either allow Eastern European citizens access to their products OR make an official statement that would detail the reasons behind the decision to ban EE residents from accessing the DLC.
