Save Uwe Boll's Career!

We the undersigned, while acknowledging the shortcomings of Dr. Uwe Boll as a filmmaker, petition in favor of his continuing to make sub-par and incoherently constructed films from videogame titles and/or any other properties he chooses. Dr. Boll has inadvertently provided hours of ironic comedy to stoned and drunken masses around the world. Moreover, his defense of his work is nearly as entertaining as the works themselves, and to be frank, both would be missed if he decided to leave the world of cinema. While lacking any inherent competence as a filmmaker, Dr. Boll’s tenacity and enthusiasm for the craft is an inspiration to talentless hacks everywhere. Imagine if Ed Wood threw in the towel before he could make “Plan 9 from Outer Space”?





We implore Dr. Boll not to give up.
