As football fans, we crave the beautiful game everyday. Whether we are bored at work or school and searching pointless gossip, or whether we are bantering with our mates down the pub, football is a fulcrum of our lives

We pour not only our thoughts, but our incomes into this sport. We buy the most rip off merchandise, buy a replica shirt every year and of course the annual Sky & Setanta subscription.

Surely then, we should at least be able to watch our teams. Unfortunately for many we can't get to the matches every week. You may have relocated for work, you may not be able to afford it, the wife won't let you or like most teams, it is simply sold out every week.

I propose, nay, demand that live Premier League 15.00 GMT kick offs should be shown live in the UK. There are not draw backs at all and will only serve to increase interest in the league and support the depressed fans.

-It works in the NFL. Every match is shown live if not on national, then Regional TV. In case you haven't noticed, every NFL match remains packed

- It will increase interest in the league.

- It will stop all of the illegal streaming

- Most importantly it will serve the fans, whom it seems like you are doing everything humanly possible to annoy

- Red button TV is available on all digital sevices, and with the switchover coming soon, premier league live can be accessible to the whole nation.

-It won't drop lower league attendances. Those fans are dedicated, and it will take a lot more than televised TV to prise them away
