Blizzard and "russian" servers

Dear Blizzard,
What is happening with ur servers in RU zone? Few months ago, just before WotLK, everething was so perferct. But what we see now ? Queues, Lags, Server restarts and so on... Topics about this problems on off. forums removes as soon as they starts. WTF ? If u have any problems - JUST tell us when u will FIX it? If u dont want to FIX problems for people, who live in RU zone - say about it. And i will never pay my money to U.
