Due to experience working with the 16th District Court Services Unit I believe that poor service to the juveniles, families, and the community is a direct result of poor leadership, unethical behavior and incompetence by the current management within the 16th District Court Services Unit.

I understand that this petition will be delivered to Edward Holmes (Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice Deputy Director of Community Operations), Barry Green (Director of the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice), and Governor Tim Kaine and his wife Anne Holton (former Juvenile Justice Court Judge).

I hereby sign my name in support of action being taken to correct mismanagement within the 16th District Court Services Unit.
