A stand for a little silence.

I know some of you have neighbors. I know some of them have dogs. Now you hear them bark the first few times it is nothing. When you start to hear it repeatedly, it gets out of control and annoying. Especially when you have more then one neighbor with dogs.

When you call the Animal Management Division at night due to you want to get some sleep the cops say dogs will bark. Yes, we know that you are on your job we need to sleep so we can get up and go to ours. Alternatively, when the kids cannot sleep due to constant dog barking due to a dog see some one getting in THERE car or some one going in THERE house.


Now I love dogs I just thank we as humans have a right to peace and quite. I am not saying it is the dog’s fault because it is not. I am saying it is the owners fault for not being considerate to his/her neighbors.

If you cannot keep your dog in the house, or have a barking collar, you should not have the right to have a dog. I am sick of turning my TV off, or putting it on mute when I want and hearing a dog constant barking when I need to thank or study in silence.

On the other hand, having to want to turn the TV off at night but cannot due to the annoyance of constant barking dogs. Yes, dogs bark but we do need time to our self’s. Bad as it is we have loud car music every two to three minutes.

We should NOT have to put with this and we should have NOT have to move out of our homes to get some pace and quite.
Just to let you know I do love dogs I just do not like dumb dog owners. When and if I get a dog I will not have my dog making a nuisance of him/her self.

I am just asking for A stand for little silence.
