Category added for the Oscars - Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences

To:  Voters and Members of AMPAS

We petition the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences (Oscar) to create a separate category for child actors titled "Breakthrough Child Actor". We petition because it makes no sense for a child to compete with adults in the "Best" category, especially when the adult is an experienced thespian.
