UNITED NATIONS Need Constitutional Amendment

Every life in this world is precious , it has been seen that the functions of UNITED NATIONS are best in many cases but still there is an urgent need of constitutional amendment in the constitution of UNITED NATIONS.


One more article should be inserted in the constitution of United Nations that

"If any person who is not guilty of TERRORISM and other illegal acts but caught as a suspect by police force or army of any country then there should be live telecast of her/his interrogation on various television channels at State , National and International level . If s/he is not found guilty of TERRORISM and other illegal acts , then the Government of that country shall pay compensation of 100 trillion dollars to her/him and 50 trillion dollars to her/his Lawyer who is fighting her/his legal proceedings in the COURT OF JUSTICE along with Z security to her/him. If an innocent is killed as a suspect by police force or army then there should be DEATH SENTENCE to the individual or group or officials who killed her/him as a TERRORIST or guilty of any crime(if not proven) or even if s/he commits suicide during detention in this case compensation of 200 trillion dollars to her/his family and 100 trillion dollars to her/his Lawyer along with Z security till life will be given by the Government of that country."


This Article will 100\% reduce innocent killings by air attacks or any other kind of attacks on innocents.

By insertion of this article every innocent life will be safe and the Government of each country will become more aware or attentive in such cases because the Government of that country will never want to become bankrupt.

GOVERNMENT IS FOR SAVING LIVES OF INNOCENTS NOT FOR KILLING/PUNISHING INNOCENTS BY TAKING DECISIONS IN HURRY.
