Victoria Curbside Recycling

To:  Victoria Texas City Council

We the undersigned believe that the city council should become actively involved in preserving land, air, and water in and around Victoria and find and incorporate ways to provide a healthy environment now and in the future. One way to do that is to institute curb side recycling for Victoria residents.
