Sentenced to Life but I have proof of innocence

To:  US Supreme Court / Appellant Court

In 2000, he was sentenced to Life for a crime that he didn't commit.

He wasn't the only one at the scene the crime, there was 4 involved. 3 of them got sentenced, 1 got full immunity.
At the trial, the court 'relied on the testimony' from one of the other defendants. There was no DNA evidence, no 'physical' evidence whatsoever that this person committed this crime.

I have in my possession, hand written letters and recorded telephone conversations with the person who DID commit this crime. He speaks about that night, why he put the blame on this other person etc. This
new evidence proves that he is innocent.

Sign this petition to get his sentenced over-turned and get him a release date
