Add Puerto Rico to Region 1 zone

Dear SCE America, (Sony Computer Entertainment America)

We would like to have the PlayStation Network Store section Video Store not locked for our Area Puerto Rico; we are on Region 1 according to current DVD Region Standards
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD_region_codes ) or http://www.laserrot.com/info/lrinfo/dvdmap.html

We would like to have our right to Purchase and enjoy Region 1 movies from your new Store on the PlayStation Network. Please add our country as a Region 1 area as is identified on the Region standard. So we can enjoy already movie download on our beloved PS3’s. There is a lot of Sony PS3 around here and Sony have always kindly hear our request .We spec no less from SCEA and hope this request start moving a fix for our Region Issue so we can start downloading movies from our PS3.

Puerto Rico is part (territory) of the US but still we are region locked.
