We the undersigned would like you to consider a posthumous Oscar Award for Heath Ledger's Joker performance in 2008's The Dark Knight.
It has been done before, Peter Finch won a posthumous Oscar for best actor in a leading role for his performance in the 1976 film Network.
Therefore we know it is within the rules for such a consideration.
