Harry Potter International Casting Calls

I am very well aware that the casting for the installments of Harry Potter are only applicable for the residents of the UK. This is reasonable since it is a British movie, yet there are many other talented people all over the world who dream of playing the parts.
I was hoping to request upon having US citizens or citizens from other countries being able to audition for the roles of the upcoming movies. Thank you for taking my request upon consideration.
