The international boxing community is fully aware that Pacquiao adviser, Michael Koncz has been carefully scheming his own personal agenda regarding the iconic boxer, and that his ill advice may potentially perpetuate the demise of the prospective legend's studious career.

In recognition of this fact, we, Pacquiao and boxing fans alike, refuse to recognize Koncz' dealings as with Manny and Top Rank as beneficial to our sport.

As members of the international community, we do not intend to allow this blatant act of disregard for well being of Manny Pacquiao to go unchallenged.

The following facts of this petition (compiled from internet resources) contains evidence of Koncz's inability to legitimately provide Pacquiao with sufficient information regarding past, current and future boxing propositions

1)Koncz wants Freddie Roach Fired based solely on a poor financial standpoint and a lack of boxing knowledge. Koncz describes the world renown coach as a poor investment and has thus cut a profitable share from Freddie's pay.

2)his previous investments have led him into bankruptcy, which should immediately put his intentions under questionable status

3)He "earned" Manny's friendship with materialistic methods (ex. buying him gifts), which shows the kind of superficial personality team Pacquiao is dealing with.

4) While Koncz claims to have been a lawyer, hockey player, and a law clerk there has been no tangible evidence to support it.

On the whole, we the international boxing community demand that Michael Koncz should no longer represent Manny Pacquiao in and current or future business dealings and we respectfully request that Bob Arum and Top Rank Promotions assist in ensuring that this affront to democracy is repudiated and nullified.
