People vs. Comcast |
To: Comcast IncComcast has implemented a 250GB (two hundred and fifty gigabyte) download and upload limit on their residential service as of October 1, 2008. If a residential user goes over this limit two(2) times in six(6) months, you will get banned from Comcast's services for a period of 12 months. This petition is to get Comcast to either lift the limit, or make it a more reasonable limit. Playing online games, something that a lot of people do on their "Xbox 360, Play Station 2/3, and computer do use a lot of bandwidth, but it is not illegal abuse of Comcast's service, but just the reason the person got Comcast, for their "unlimited" internet access.
Sincerely,
