Estamos profundamente horrorizados e indignados ante el video del asesinato de un perro callejero por un miembro del serenazgo de su distrito. En el video se puede observar como un perro es ahorcado cruelmente por un sereno de San Borja. Se puede advertir la risa del asesino al retirar la silla para perpetrar el ahorcamiento mientras el pobre perro chilla desesperadamente hasta morir.



















Ya habíamos tenido anteriores denuncias de la desaparición de perros por el personal de su distrito. Cabe recordar que se está infringiendo la ley 27265 que protege los derechos de los animales y por los que se procederá a denunciar al área de Sanidad de su municipio.









Exigimos la separación inmediata de este sujeto repugnante y una exhuastiva investigación que busque y despida a todo aquel involucrado con estas prácticas salvajes. Exigimos, además el nombre del asesino, ya que si no se trata de un menor de edad, el público TIENE la obligación y el derecho de conocer la verdad.









Es la primera vez en Lima, Perú que existe una prueba irrefutable de lesa crueldad por parte de una municipalidad hacia un perro callejero. Tenga por seguro que lucharemos hasta conseguir justicia y difundiremos esta noticia a todos nuestros contactos nacionales e internacionales. Este asesinato no quedará impune.

We are deeply shocked and outraged at the video of the murder of a street dog serenazgo by a member of his district. In the video can be seen as a dog is cruelly hanged by a serene San Borja. You can even see the laughing of the murderer when he withdraws the chair to perpetrate hanging while the desperately poor dog whines to death.



















We had earlier reports of the disappearance of dogs by the staff of his district. It may be recalled being in violation of the law that protects 27265 animal rights and for those who will proceed to denounce the area of Health in the municipality.









We demand the immediate separation of this repugnant and a subject exhuastiva research and seek to dismiss anyone involved with these barbaric practices. We demand also the name of the killer, because if it's not underaged, the public MUST know the truth.














This is the first time in Lima, Peru that there is a prima facie evidence against cruelty on the part of a municipality to a street dog. Please be assured that we will fight to achieve justice and disseminate this news to all our national and international contacts. This murder did not go unpunished.
