and any other entity personal, corporate, or government that is involved in the approval of the zoning exception for 25 W 4th ST Jacksonville, FL 32206:
We, the undersigned residents, property owners, and friends of the Springfield National Historic District, have reviewed the application submitted by Mr. Silas Jones for a zoning exception which will enable him to open the long-closed car wash with the addition of a new convenience store at 25 W 4TH ST Jacksonville, FL 32206 and are ardently opposed to your granting this request as we feel the noise and traffic generated by this business will adversely affect the quality of life of the area's residents and cause a decrease in the immediate area's residential property values. We also feel that the neighborhood is adequately served in the area of car wash services and convenience stores.
We appreciate your consideration of our neighborhood's character and residents in your decision.
