Wheras:

1. Community Expansion Inc., the owner of the land municipally described as 30-40 Margaret Ave Kitchener, on April 2, 2008, has appealed the passing of a by-law by the Corporation of The City of Kitchener titled Civic Centre Heritage Conservation District By-Law no. 2008-39.

We the undersigned, respectfully call on the Ontario Municipal Board to keep the property at 30-40 Margaret Avenue, Kitchener, Ontario in the designated Civic Heritage Conservation District.

By adhering to the designated Civic Heritage Distract Plan by definition, would restrict the zoning from R8 to R5. We, the undersigned, oppose the R8 zoning that exists.
