Save the Dogs

To:  Puerto Rico government

In Puerto Rico, there should be 78 animal shelters. As of now..... there are 5. In Puerto Rico, there is a beach named Dead Dog Beach.... the name says it all. On a daily basis, animals are being poisoned, beaten, or butchered. There is NO controlled beach access, which means that anyone can come at any time and do anything. There is NO law enforcement, and they seldom come when called.

I went to this website www.islanddog.org to learn more about this horrible thing. There you can write to the governor. That is why I'm starting this petition. The facts and statistics are horrifying, and it needs to stop.

Please, for the sake of the dogs, sign. I will keep this open for as long as I can before I send it in.
