Dear Philadelphia Flyers,

This petition is regarding a request retirement from fans for the number 31 of Pelle Lindbergh to be retired. Lindbergh was one of the best goaltenders the Philadelphia Flyers have had in there nhl history. Pelle played with the Flyers for 5 years. He played very well for the amount of time he was around for the Flyers. The number 31 Has not be used since Pelle's Death in 1985. Its been 20 years since then. 20 years is a long time for a number to be unused and by the looks of it 31 will never be used again.There happens to be an award for flyer goaltender who had an outstanding year named after Lindbergh.

The Signatures below believe that its the right thing to do is finish the tribute and honoring to Pelle Lindbergh by Offically Retiring the number 31 for the Philadelphia Flyers Hockey Club.
