FIU Students Together to Claim FIU Online Course Fee to Be $14.31/Credit

To:  FIU board of Trustees

Because of the extremely expensive online tuition fee; we, the undersigned former, current and future FIU students; based on a comparison of Florida public colleges and universities offering baccalaureate degree programs (http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#/group.php?gid=39758123317), claim:

1) The online course fee shall be $14.31 per credit.
2) If there isn't a minimum of one classroom course in the night shift and one in the day shift, which shall also have enough seats for all students who wish to take classroom course; the online fee shall be null.
3) The online course fee shall be per course regardless of how long or how many semesters it lasts. I.e., if the course lasts for more than one semester, the fee still shall be $14.31 per credit.
