The purpose of this petition is to put an end to the website "Spamza.com" which uses submitted email address to fill out online forums and newsletters to ultimately "Spam" email users . "Spamming" is the abuse of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited email messages. Spamming is also known to be illegal in some capacity.
