Hold Coke Responsible at Earlham |
To: Earlham College
By signing this petition I assert the following:
The Coca-Cola Company is responsible directly and/or through its contractors for human rights violations in Colombia and India by allowing the killing of union leaders, threatening union members, and contaminating water resources.
I do not support the Coca-Cola Company or its actions and wish for all sales of their products to be removed from the Earlham campus, including the dining hall, coffee shop, and campus vending machines as long as Coca-Cola does not meet the demands of the Colombian labor union SINALTRAINAL and activists in India. I further assert that the Coca-Cola Company should become an active agent in repairing environmental and other damages incurred by its unlawful actions and compensate laid-off workers and families of people who have died in connection to the company's actions.
Sincerely,
