Stand Up for Our Schools

To:  Manteca School Board

42 kids in 1st Grade. 70 kids in a high school PE class. High school kids sitting on the classroom floor because there are no seats available. Class schedules for high school kids being rearranged so they can be put into classes that they do not want just for the SOLE purpose of putting them somewhere. High school seniors being allowed to leave at noon so fewer teachers need to be hired. Class sizes raised from 20-32 students per classroom in grades k-3 when neighboring districts still have smaller class sizes. And our district has $18 million in reserves. Are you willing to help take our schools back? Are you willing to do something about this? Are you willing to stand up and be counted? Are you willing to stand up for our schools? Are you willing to stand up for our children?

If you are willing to stand up for our students, please sign our petition. This petition will be sent to the Manteca Unified School District Board of Trustees so they know we will stand up to them and we will stand up for our schools.
