JUSTICE FOR ASHLEY NICOLE ALBERTS

December 10, 1998

A nine month pregnant Christina Renee Alberts and her boyfriend, Leon Watts settled in for the evening to watch a movie unaware that they or the baby girl, now named Ashley Nicole Alberts that Christy had successfully carried 9 months, would not survive until midnight, much less to celebrate christmas.

They were murdered.

Christy and Leon were both shot in the head, reportedly execution style, after Christy recognised the voice of at least one of the person(s) holding them face down, at gunpoint on their living room floor demanding drugs and/or money.

They knew their murderer, he knew them. He knew that she was about to give birth. He didn't care, in fact, it has been reported that he practiced killing, on a dog, before the actual murder.

Overton Wayne Pauley was recently sentenced to:
LIFE IN PRISON W/O THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE
by the Honorable Judge Herman Canady, WV.

However, Wayne Pauley did not act alone on this night, he had accomplices who went to Christy and Leon's home that night to rob them.

Lonnie Stucky was there, some people have even elluded to the possibility Ashley, Christy's unborn daughter belonged to him.
He too, is facing double murder charges.

Teresa Tully and Nicole Derrick were there, they waited outside, ungaurded-within earshot of the crimes for the two men to return, instead of making one emergancy call for help, possibly saving a the life of a dying baby, the women shared in drugs/money and
(alledgedly), cosmetics, taken from the home.
Both women have plead guilty to aggravated robbery charges and are facing 10 years to LIFE in prison.

The Judge, His Honorable Herman Canady, WV, has ruled that the fact that Christina was pregnant WILL NOT BE PERMITTED DURING TESTIMONY. This information was also witheld from the jury at Pauley's trial.

Late term abortions are not permitted in WV.
Late term MURDER shouldn't be permitted.
