Military Public Relations

To:  U.S. Congress

I do not understand why the Military and all Armed Forces do not have a public relations office. If we do have a department they are not doing a good job.If we dont have one why dont we? We need one.
I move to make a public relations office for our voice.
Enough of these lobbyists who are trying to give us a voice we don't want.
Let Us Do Our Job. We want the American Public to Back Us Up.
