Lamar Smith Bonus Tax

I, the undersigned, denounce completely the inexplicable 'yea' vote of Texas Congressman Lamar Smith (R)on the Bill titled "To impose an additional tax on bonuses received from certain TARP recipients", which was a draconian 90% tax on bonuses that were issued to AIG executives UNDER CONTRACT from the stimulus bill.

I, the undersigned, find this 'yea' vote deplorable and a flagrant attack on free market principles we falsely assumed Congressman Lamar Smith held in high regard.
