Decreasing the Amount of Plastic Bags

To:  Major Plastic Bag Users

Hi everyone,
I am making this petition to try to decrease the use of plastic bags. I am hoping I can get enough people to sign this petition so I can show it to the owner of several places where they use a lot of bags. I hope the use of this petition, as well as other resources can help persuade them to listen to this argument, and stop the use of plastic bags and use a more environmentally friendly bag, OR at least use a PlasTax and this may decrease the use of bags.
