EA Sports: Release NASCAR 2010, or you shall lose your exclusivity

To:  EA Sports, NASCAR

It has recently come to my attention that EA sports, the company with the exclusive deal to make and distribute NASCAR games, is thinking about not even releasing a 2010 game. While I personally could care less about the recent EA NASCAR games, I am outraged at this. The company with the exclusive deal with everything NASCAR, is now planning to take a step back, and review it's 'operations.' If they decide to make more NASCAR Kart Racing (Wii) games than actual NASCAR games, I say that NASCAR shall destroy the exclusivity deal with EA sports. It is really unfair, both to gamers and possibly NASCAR itself, that the only game (potentially) to be released in 2009 is A-only for one system (Wii) and B-isn't even a full representation of NASCAR itself (NASCAR Kart Racing has fantasy tracks, based on three NASCAR tracks. Three out of the twenty or so NASCAR tracks). I got this information from the Fox Sports NASCAR blog, so this petition may be a moot point. But if it is correct, then sign it for real NASCAR games, or even better, no more exclusivity.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
