We, the undersigned, ask that Castor Avenue be renamed in honor of Police Officer Gary Skerski.
We are affirming with our signatures that we believe the renaming of Castor Avenue as P/O Gary Skerski Avenue will be a fitting tribute and means of honoring P/O Skerski in that he gave his life in the service of the citizens of the City of Philadelphia.
