The Humane Society should not have the right to put down animals without consent |
To: The National Humane SocietyVets are able to put animals down by consent of the owner. Pounds should not be able to put down animals without consent of the owner. The pound should contact the previous owner of the animal for agreement of the euthanization or any other method of putting the animal down. The animal should have enough chance to live in a good home before the pound tries to end its life. All animals need to live their life in a good home.
Sincerely,
